Champion Estate is owned by Bruce Jenkins, who has a lifetime experience with dogs, breeding, showing, judging and boarding. Bruce is an all-breeds judge, licenced by the Kennel Union of Southern Africa, and judges all over the world when time permits.
Champion Estate is a new venture and we are very much in the growing stage with two of our ventures. Standard Smooth-haired Dachshunds have been in the family for years and we bring with us a lifetime involvement in the breed.

We are situated on the northern side of Roodeplaat Dam in Nokeng Municipality, which is made up of farms and small holdings. The vegetation is bosveld and we have warm to hot summers, long warm autumn days and early spring weather but because of our proximity to the dam, our valley is prone to frost in the winter so we have chilly nights with warm days.
